Privacy Policy
The operator of Starlit Whale (the “Operator”) processes the personal information of people who use starlitwhale.com (the “Site”) in accordance with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and publishes this policy as follows. This policy applies to the Site. Each game linked from the Site is governed by that game’s notices.

2. Retention and destruction
- Inquiry information (including inquiry email replies) is destroyed without delay when five years have passed since the response was completed or deletion is requested, whichever occurs first, or when the Site ceases operation.
- Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
3. Entrusted processing and overseas transfers
The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties. However, the Operator entrusts the processing described below for server operation and responding to inquiries, and personal information is transferred overseas as a result. These transfers are based on Article 28-8, paragraph (1), subparagraph 3 (제28조의8 제1항 제3호) of the Personal Information Protection Act (entrusted processing and storage).

The inquiry content sent to Anthropic is configured not to be used for training AI models.
You may refuse overseas transfers. If you refuse, you cannot use the inquiry form; please contact us directly at the email address in Section 7.
4. Your rights and how to exercise them
Users and their legal representatives may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal information at any time. Requests sent to the email address in Section 7 will be handled without delay after identity verification.
5. Security measures
The Site uses authentication for access to the administration interface, access permission restrictions, and encryption in transit (HTTPS).
6. Cookies
The Site uses a cookie to remember the selected language (retained for one year). You may refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can still use the Site if you refuse them.
