Privacy Policy
The operator of Starlit Whale (the “Operator”) processes the personal information of people who use starlitwhale.com (the “Site”) in accordance with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act and publishes this policy as follows. This policy applies only to the Site. Each game linked from the Site is subject to that game’s user consent and notices.

The Operator does not offer user registration and does not collect personal information other than the items above. The Site does not use cookies or tracking tools for advertising or visitor analytics.
2. Processing and retention periods
- Inquiry information: retained until five years after the response is completed, or until the inquirer requests deletion, whichever occurs first. If the Site ceases operation, the information will be destroyed without delay at that time.
- Language cookie: remains in the browser for one year and can be deleted from the browser at any time.
3. Destruction procedures and methods
Inquiry information whose retention period has expired is checked automatically every day and deleted from the database. Deletion requests are handled without delay after verification. Information is kept only as electronic files and deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
4. Provision to third parties
The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

Inquiry notifications and reply emails are sent through a mail server directly operated by the Operator and are not entrusted to an external provider.
6. Your rights and how to exercise them
Inquirers may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Send an email to the contact below. The Operator will verify your identity by replying to the email address used for the inquiry and act without delay. Legal representatives of children under 14 may exercise the same rights.
7. Measures to safeguard personal information
- Access to the administration interface is restricted to authorized administrator email addresses using one-time authentication.
- All communications are encrypted using HTTPS.
- The number of administrators with access to personal information is kept to a minimum.
8. Automatically collected information and cookies
The Site uses only one cookie (lang) to remember your language selection. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings and still use the Site; only your language selection will not be remembered. Cloudflare processes the information necessary for the inquiry form’s automated submission prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile) to operate.
